No previous president would have attempted – really, no former commander would have conceived – solo demolishing significant portions of the presidential residence to construct a Versailles-style party room, with the direct cooperation of multiple America's wealthiest, the majority of whom conduct transactions with the government.

The obvious and direct truth that the Jesus of the gospels advocates for a type of extreme compassion concentrated on the poor is what has always made the Christian faith somewhat of a controversial faith: engaging for the populace, but because of its intrinsic extremism demanding to be restrained. During the 1950s it was contained by dilution – Protestantism was so prevalent that it practically blessed current circumstances.
